Program Administrator 3

The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction has been tasked with front line crime reduction through rehabilitative treatment and programming efforts provided in a safe, secure and humane correctional environment and effective community supervision. What You Will Do

The Program Administrator 3 will be responsible for making determinations related to all aspects of the classification process, including working with reception centers, institutions to schedule transfers, process classification instruments, separations, review and determine outcomes of protective control hearings. They will also be responsible for reviewing and determining outcomes of appeals to classification, job assignments, protective control hearings, and serving as liaison between the Bureau Chief and representatives of other states who have entered into a compact agreement with Ohio.
