Job Description
This position provides direction to the Regional Quality Enhancement (QE) Team in support of the DDA’s mission to assure the full participation of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in all aspects of community life and the promotion of quality supports and services necessary to foster their personal growth, independence and productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, social work, psychology, education, counseling, or a related field
  • Six years of professional experience in health services, three years in Developmental Disabilities professional work, and two years at the managerial or supervisory level
  • Direct experience working in the field of developmental disabilities, knowledge of LTSSMaryland and the COMAR Medicaid Waiver, supervisory experience, data analysis experience, and quality improvement experience
