Role OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and reliable Program Aide to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in a structured Adult Day Program. In this role, you will help participants build daily living skills, engage in meaningful activities, and foster independence in a safe, supportive environment.
What You Will Do
Assist adults with IDD with daily routines, personal care, and mobility as needed, lead and support group and individual activities focused on life skills, social skills, and recreation, and document participant progress and communicate with team members.
