Role OverviewThe Program Aide will support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in a structured Adult Day Program. The role requires creativity, flexibility, and strong organizational skills to help participants build daily living skills, engage in meaningful activities, and foster independence in a safe, supportive environment.
What You Will Do
The Program Aide will assist adults with IDD with daily routines, personal care, and mobility as needed, lead and support group and individual activities, and document participant progress and communicate with team members.

Requirements
