Role OverviewThe Program Analyst will be primarily responsible for developing and adapting 4AIR’s aviation sustainability program to assist customers with optimizing their 4AIR commitment. This will include integrating voluntary and regulatory compliance and reporting needs, ensuring full life cycle accounting for any program, assisting with client carbon footprints, sustainability documentation, regulatory and voluntary emissions reports, and staying aware of emerging best practices as well as regional differences.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with customers to understand their needs and help educate about our different program and services. They will also act as a point of contact for identified prospects and explain our services, ensure customer deliverables and inquiries are addressed on time, prepare presentations and reporting templates, and calculate carbon and other environmental footprints based on client information using company tools.

Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (VBA not required)
- 1–4 years’ experience in aviation, sustainability, data/analytics, or customer support
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote, small-team environment
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Customer-oriented mindset; anticipates needs and follows through
