Job Description
The Program Assistant performs a variety of complex and unique duties associated with public media programs involving membership relations, administration and gift accounting for Northwest Public Broadcasting (NWPB).

Requirements

  • High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of full-time clerical experience OR equivalent education/experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Customer service experience which included telephone or reception duties.
  • Experience in the field of development or charitable giving.
  • Experience with Allegiance software.
  • One (1) year cash handling experience.
  • Experience processing credit card transactions.
