Requirements

• Provides client-centered support and services in a welcoming, respectful, and professional manner
• Promotes a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment
• Follows program guidelines and procedures, documents activities accurately, and communicates information in a timely and transparent manner
• Assists with the orientation of residents and volunteers
• Engages respectfully with clients and volunteers through active listening and professional communication
• Maintains accurate and timely records of services and client interactions
• Informs residents of available services, rights, and the grievance process
• Responds to emergencies calmly and professionally
• De-escalates situations with clients in a professional and supportive manner
• Collaborates with staff, volunteers, and partners to deliver coordinated, client-centered services
• Provides client-centered assistance with essential services (meals, clothing, laundry, hygiene)
• Supports clients in maintaining safe, clean, and stable living spaces
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Prepares and serves nutritionally balanced meals
• Maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming kitchen environment
• Monitors and accurately records food temperatures
• Receives, organizes, and stores donated food and kitchen supplies
• Manages inventory and stocks kitchen and storage areas
