Role Overview

The Program Assistant will focus on the Vital Voices Engage Fellowship, collaborating with public leaders worldwide to strengthen the capacity, influence, and effectiveness of women in public spaces, politics, and government. This role will support day-to-day operations, coordinate logistics, administrative tasks, data tracking, communications, and event coordination.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include administrative and operational support, logistics and event coordination, finance and budget support, data management and program evaluation, communication and outreach, and department support.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in international relations or a related field, 0-2 years of relevant work experience, and demonstrated experience in global women's issues and human rights. They will have excellent oral and written communications skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and strong computer skills.

  • Strong computer skills including MS Office applications (esp. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), social networking tools, and database software (i.e., Salesforce, Airtable)
