Role OverviewThe Program Associate works as part of a two-person team implementing the Department of State's International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP). The PA is responsible for all administrative and logistical arrangements for the IVLP participants, including disbursing and accounting for U.S. Government funds, completing travel arrangements, and preparing program documents.
What You Will Do
The Program Associate will use a database to prepare visitors' biographic information, prepare welcome materials, manage and disburse funds, arrange logistics, coordinate with interpreters and liaisons, develop budgets, and maintain key documents.
