Program Associate

As a Program Associate with Resource Innovations, you will provide vital administrative and outreach support for our partnerships with several Community Based Organizations on energy efficiency and clean energy programs in Illinois. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) and program partners, supporting communication and engagement with utility energy efficiency programs.

What You Will Do

Collect, review, and maintain program data, invoices, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness. Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders. Track project activities, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines using database systems and project tracking tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant work experience in customer service, energy efficiency or working community-based organizations
• Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Results-driven and able to collaborate across all levels of an organization to deliver on commitments and meet objectives
• Experience with various Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, OneNote and Teams) and Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to regularly travel throughout the state of Illinois
