Program Case Manager/Driver

As a Program Case Manager/Driver, you will provide direct supervision and skill-building support to participants in Northeast Arc's community-based day and work supports program, while also taking responsibility for safely transporting participants to and from program sites and community locations.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include providing direct supervision and individualized support to participants, completing daily transportation runs, facilitating skill development activities, and maintaining accurate program records.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, or other related experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Team player who is flexible and able to adapt to a changing schedule
• Ability to communicate in English and/or ASL via direct communication
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and associated applications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Must be able to stand and/or walk up to one hour uninterrupted
• Must successfully complete and pass all required background checks as a condition of employment.
