Role OverviewThe Program Coordinator works in direct partnership with the Site Director to oversee the delivery of all program areas within the Club. Assists in supervising and training program staff and performs other related administrative duties. Serves as a liaison between parents, schools, community groups and Club members.
What You Will Do
Communicates, implements, and enforces BGCMLA operational policies and procedure. Ensures a fun, healthy and safe youth friendly environment, ensuring facilities, grounds, equipment and supplies are clean and well maintained. Promotes and stimulates program participation and provides guidance and role modeling for members.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years of college experience
- At least two years of direct youth service experience
- Previous experience working with at-risk youth
- At least one year of demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience at a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization
- Valid drivers' license
- Pass motor vehicle driving record check
- Pass criminal background check
- Pass (negative result) a TB test
