Role Overview

The Program Coordinator oversees the day-to-day operation of services in assigned areas, providing training, development, and support to staff to ensure quality of services and successful outcomes for people served through programs. They are responsible for effective utilization of consumer budgets and staff caseload assignments, maintaining records of services provided, and upholding the agency's mission statement.

What You Will Do

The Program Coordinator will supervise staff, assign caseloads, and assess staff performance. They will coordinate staff assignments, provide individual participant training, and ensure quality of programs and services. They will also lead group activities, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and assist individuals in emergency drills.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
