Join the Center for Clinical and Translational Science (CCTS) at UMass Chan Medical School—a vibrant, collaborative environment dedicated to translating scientific discoveries into improved health outcomes. As a Program Coordinator for Projects & Communications, you’ll play a key role in communicating research initiatives, project progress, and outcomes across multiple platforms.

What You Will Do

Organize and plan work activities, implement and manage tasks, participate in project teams, develop and maintain schedules, maintain project plans, compile and analyze data, draft reports, initiate and maintain contact with key personnel, update project details, review correspondence, and prepare presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent in business administration, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience coordinating and planning projects and managing communications
  • Ability to work in a team and meet performance deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills necessary to interact with clients and staff
  • Demonstrated experience in using computer-based tools including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet and database products
