Role OverviewThe Program Coordinator oversees the Young Adult Job Center portfolio, supervising staff, overseeing workshops/trainings, establishing best practice program models, and providing high-quality youth workforce and development services.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include overseeing program development, implementing and improving the Young Adult Work Link program, developing policy and procedure recommendations, leading outreach and recruitment efforts, and providing intensive case management and career guidance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Experience working with diverse youth backgrounds, preferably within youth workforce development programs
- Previous experience in program coordination and development
- At least 1 year of experience supervising a team of three or more staff
- Experience working with San Francisco's diverse communities and neighborhoods
- Experience working with community-based service providers and private sector partners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and other technology platforms
- Experience facilitating workshops for youth and young adults
- Ability to work as part of a team, to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and to work independently in a high-pressure environment
- Bilingual in Cantonese/Mandarin/Spanish and English is preferred
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends
- Enthusiasm for promoting academic achievement and college education
- Able to lift or move at least 25lbs
