Role OverviewThe Program Coordinator is a working leadership position that combines program coordination with direct support for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role is responsible for providing direct care, hands-on instruction, and positive behavioral support to ensure the health, safety, and success of the individuals we serve.
What You Will Do
Provide direct support to individuals, model and implement behavior supports, support individuals in achieving personal goals and increasing independence, and assist with daily documentation and program operations.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Services, Special Education, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in disability services or community-based programs
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Adaptable and creative
- Organized with excellent time management capabilities
- Confident and strong communicator
- Positive role model; able to lead, coach, and support
- Tech savvy
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to lift and transfer 50 lbs.
