Job Description
The Program Coordinator will develop systems to effectively manage projects, records, and materials related to program activities, ensuring consistency in workflow and program administration best practices. The Program Coordinator operates with the goal in mind that All Rural Students Succeed.

Requirements

  • Develop and monitor project timelines, due dates and milestones for events
  • Perform general clerical/administrative support
  • Manage communications/correspondence with internal and external partners
  • Coordinate meeting logistics for training programs and special events
  • Manage synchronous and asynchronous technology needs for virtual and in-person learning engagements
  • Supports grant development activities
  • Develop community and organizational profiles for partners
  • Oversee and maintain weekly schedules of staff on Outlook and coordinates with partners to determine engagement dates and times
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring all expenditures are allowable and within scope of work
  • Review purchase card reports, district reimbursement requests and travel requests prior approval
  • Prepare and track necessary contracts and agreements
