Role OverviewThe Program Coordinator II will be assigned to the Case Management Unit at the Massachusetts State Police Crime Laboratory. The role involves coordinating and monitoring staff training, overseeing trainings for all crime laboratory staff, and providing assistance to external agencies. The Program Coordinator II will also develop and implement case management protocols, maintain case file organization, and review off-site file storage inventory.

Requirements
- At least three years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, professional, administrative or managerial experience in business administration, business management or public administration
- Experience in program management, program administration, program coordination, program planning, and/or program analysis
- Bachelor's degree with a major in business administration, business management or public administration (may be substituted for a maximum of two years of experience)
- Graduate degree with a major in business administration, business management or public administration (may be substituted for the required experience)
- Bachelor's or higher degree with a major other than in business administration, business management or public administration (may be substituted for a maximum of one year of experience)
