Job Description
The Program Coordinator, Jewish Engagement is a multi-functional position that performs a combination of programmatic, educational, and administrative responsibilities for DOROT's Jewish Intergenerational program offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of professional experience in Jewish education building community with pre-teens and high school students
  • Strong passion for DOROT's mission
  • Successful track record in leading inclusive, engaging group experiences that foster connection and reflection
  • Experience in program planning and coordination
  • Ability to engage effectively with youth, parents, and older adults
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects to achieve deliverables
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite; experience with Salesforce or another database a plus
