Job Description
The Program Coordinator is responsible for supervising and developing the Rehabilitation program, including partnerships with local agencies and supervision of staff and volunteers. The position requires a master's degree in social work, counseling or psychology, or a bachelor's degree in psychology or counseling with four years of experience in residential substance abuse programs.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling or psychology
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology or counseling required
  • Four years' experience in residential substance abuse programs
  • Active Christian who supports The Salvation Army's religious foundation for recovery
  • Computer literate in MS Office Products
  • Valid New Mexico Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass TSA fleet safety e-learning module
