Role Overview

The Program Coordinator will work in the Division of Programs and Community Partnerships, coordinating re-entry programming and services for incarcerated individuals. The role involves collaborating with staff, nonprofit partners, and community members to develop and implement innovative programs and services. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for tracking program attendance, preparing reports, and evaluating program performance.

The main responsibilities of the Program Coordinator include coordinating re-entry programming, providing group and individual services, tracking program attendance and performance, and developing innovative strategies to maximize program participation and performance.

Requirements

  • baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
  • two years of experience in community work or community-centered activities
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • experience in a high-paced environment
  • ability to establish positive working relationships with multiple units and different levels of staff
  • excellent writing, communication, inter-personal, analytical, research, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • experience with Justice-Involved or other high-risk populations
  • bilingual
