Role OverviewThe Program Coordinator will work in the Division of Shelter Operations, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency's Single Adult, Adult Families, and Families with Children shelter systems. The role centers on the re-housing of all shelter populations and the implementation of programming/shelter initiatives.
What You Will Do
The Program Coordinator will prepare evaluation reports, plan/implement direct community development programs, make recommendations on policies/procedures and programs, analyze operations of programs and policies/procedures, and conduct/participate in unit/staff meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a baccalaureate degree, four years of satisfactory, full-time community liaison, community organization, or community relations experience, and at least two years of broad administrative or policy-making capacity with responsibility for planning, organizing, coordinating, developing, evaluating, and/or administering a large community service program or activity.
