Role Overview

The Program Coordinator will work in the Division of Programs and Community Partnerships, coordinating re-entry programming and services for incarcerated individuals. The role involves collaborating with staff, nonprofit partners, and community members to develop and implement innovative programs and services. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for tracking program attendance, preparing reports, and evaluating program performance.

The main responsibilities of the Program Coordinator include coordinating re-entry programming, providing group and individual services, tracking program attendance, and preparing reports. The role also involves touring facilities to gain feedback from incarcerated individuals and staff, developing partnerships with service providers, and carrying out special projects to support re-entry services.

Requirements
