Role OverviewThe Program Coordinator supports the development, delivery, and promotion of high-quality programs across areas such as youth and adult sports, STEM, arts, family programming, and other revenue-generating initiatives.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in Youth/Sports and Child Care
- Bachelor's Degree in a child care or sports related field preferred
- Experience in staff supervision, committees, and in providing leadership to groups
- Ability to recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and motivate staff
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience setting and managing priorities
- Exhibit strong leadership skills; possess a passion for member service, building and maintaining a culture of member service excellence
