Job Description
The Office of Technology and Innovation (OTI) is seeking a highly motivated Program Coordinator to join the Tech and Learning Engagement Team. The Coordinator will provide administrative support for the internship and fellowship programs, recruit and onboard interns and fellows, and build partnerships with external organizations to strengthen pipeline. This role involves data management, communication, and program implementation.

Requirements

  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the program.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with potential internship providers.
  • Facilitate onboarding orientations and training programs.
  • Organize and lead workshops and events for interns.
  • Create and manage internship databases, program resources, and evaluation methods.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Research, evaluate, and make recommendations on program implementation and operational planning.
