Job Description
Role Overview

The Program Coordinator will be responsible for developing program project plans in OSD by managing lifecycles of each project from beginning to end. This includes tracking, analyzing project performance metrics, strategies to support, and meeting performance benchmarks according to timelines.

What You Will Do

The Program Coordinator will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage project lifecycles, develop project plans, lead risk management plans, and develop Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) for each team in OSD.

To be successful, the Program Coordinator must possess a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of three years of relevant experience in program management and/or project management, and strong project management skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in program management and/or project management in education or nonprofit sector required
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate preferred
  • Knowledge of IDEA, ADA, and other relevant policies and procedures
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong collaborative skills (including working with multiple teams)
  • Strong communication skills (speaking, including presentations, listening, and writing)
  • Ability to identify risks and opportunities
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and resources
