Job Description
The Program Coordinator, Recruitment & Student Success will be responsible for recruitment efforts and facilitating academic student success activities, strengthening partnerships with pathway schools, and traveling to promote and expand prospective student pipelines. The role requires strong collaboration across teams to enhance student engagement, retention, and outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education with a STEM focus, Science, Public Health, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
5 years of experience in the appropriate field, or may consider additional years of experience in lieu of education
Knowledge of higher education policies, student learning theories, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting - preferably within higher education
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, or SPSS, SAS, or Tableau would be beneficial
