Job Description
The Program Coordinator, Recruitment & Student Success role is responsible for recruitment efforts and facilitating academic student success activities. It strengthens partnerships with pathway schools and includes traveling to high schools, colleges, and organizations throughout the DFW region to promote and expand prospective student pipelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education with a STEM focus, Science, Public Health, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in the appropriate field or additional years of experience in lieu of education
  • Data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, SAS, or Tableau proficiency
  • Knowledge of higher education policies and student learning theories
  • Collaborative work environment and ability to work with students and stakeholders
