Job Description
The Program Coordinator, Recruitment & Student Success role is responsible for recruitment efforts and facilitating academic student success activities. The position strengthens partnerships with pathway schools, travels to high schools, colleges, and community centers to promote prospective student pipelines, and connects students with academic services to promote success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education with a STEM focus, Science, Public Health, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Knowledge of higher education policies, student learning theories, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting - preferably within higher education
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or SPSS, SAS, or Tableau
