Job Description
The Program Coordinator, Substance Use and Addiction Services role plays an important part in advancing the mission of The Centers and supporting the communities they serve. The position is responsible for maintaining and updating shared calendars, providing administrative support, and facilitating patient care coordination.
Requirements
An Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Social Services, or a related field
2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, or community-based setting
Proficiency with EMR systems, EPIC experience is strongly preferred
Experience supporting SUD, mental health, or integrated care programs
Strong customer service instincts and a genuine commitment to patient engagement
