Role OverviewAs a Program Cost Control Analyst – Level 4, you'll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. You'll work to ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation for expenditure projections and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government.
What You Will Do
You will help prepare budgets and schedules for contract work, assist with financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlooks, cash forecasting and variance analysis. You will also work to ensure contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This position will support intercompany programs and the site General Manager. You will be responsible for preparing month-end reports (full Earned Value data), performing Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks, and briefing the customer on monthly Earned Value deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of business management or program control experience – OR - Master’s degree with 5 years of business management or program control experience
- Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
- Experience with accounting systems and EV systems
- Experience with financial analysis or reporting
- Experience with MS Office Suite
