Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing cultural, educational, and recreational programming for youth in a secure detention facility. They will work closely with youth development specialists and contractors to promote teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking, while also encouraging healthy lifestyles and building self-confidence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
  • 2 years of experience in community work or community centered activities
  • Ability to work with diverse populations, including youth with complex needs
