Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating programming within a juvenile detention facility for youth pending court proceedings or as a sentence after a conviction, including indoor and outdoor activities, workshops, and events. They will also supervise staff and provide training and coaching to promote professional development.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work or related field
  • Four years of full-time, paid professional experience in child care or group work with children
  • Two years of administrative experience in a child care setting
