Role OverviewThe Program/Data Analyst will support project tracking, financial metrics, KPI reporting, and data analytics for engineering and construction programs. The role involves performing data analytics related to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics for construction and engineering projects. The analyst will track budget execution and develop metric presentations and dashboards.
What You Will Do
Perform data analytics, track budget execution, develop metric presentations and dashboards, support project status reporting, schedule tracking, and performance analysis, prepare reports and briefing materials, and coordinate with project teams and leadership on data requirements and reporting.

Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Must be able to pass a T1 security background check
- Minimum of five (5) years of financial management experience in a field related to construction, engineering, or project controls
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and present clear, actionable insights
