Role OverviewThe Program & Data Manager, CHSC, will be the senior programmatic and operational lead for the Harlem Bureau of Neighborhood Health's CHSC programs, a NYS Department of Health funded initiative. The program focuses on integrated school- and community-based strategies that advance chronic disease prevention, physical activity, nutrition access, and health equity. The role will oversee data collection, monitoring, and reporting for programmatic, community engagement, and evaluation activities. The Program & Data Manager will develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, community-based organizations, city and state agencies, and local community leaders.
What You Will Do
The Program & Data Manager will oversee data collection, monitoring, and reporting for programmatic, community engagement, and evaluation activities. They will identify and disseminate best practices, utilize Public Health Partners Connect and other Harlem Bureau data systems to track participation, partnerships, and outcomes, and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal teams, funders, and external partners.
