Role OverviewThe Program Delivery Manager owns the execution of the Division of Traffic Operations' traffic signal capital program, taking projects from design completion to final completion. This role supports the NYC Streets Plan by coordinating contract delivery to advance transit-priority corridors, Better Buses projects, and other transit-supportive street improvements across the city.
What You Will Do
Manage end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of traffic signal projects, monitor delivery pacing, track work across multiple contracts, build and maintain program-level trackers, and study project delivery to recommend improvements.

Requirements
- Master's degree from an accredited college in economics, finance, accounting, business, or public administration
- Two years of satisfactory full-time professional experience in budget administration, accounting, economic or financial administration, or fiscal or economic research
- 18 months of experience in an executive, managerial, administrative or supervisory capacity
- Supervision of staff performing professional work in areas such as budget administration, accounting, economic or financial administration, or fiscal or economic research
