Job Description
At Dungarvin, we are a mission-driven team providing person-centered supports to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. As a Program Director, you will oversee residential programs, supervise staff, and develop relationships with families and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field
  • 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience
  • 1 year of full-time, direct experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or intellectual disabilities
  • Experience with mental health
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Reliable vehicle with current auto liability insurance
