Job Description
We are seeking a Program Director to oversee the operations of residential programs, supervise staff, and work with adults with disabilities and challenging behaviors. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supervising staff, working with adults with disabilities, and providing crisis management and behavioral interventions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field
  • 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience
  • 1 year of full-time, direct experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or intellectual disabilities
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Reliable vehicle with current auto liability insurance
