Role OverviewThe Program Director - Community Partnership will oversee the Community Partnership (CP) program in East New York, building partnerships, coordinating service referral and utilization, and building community capacity and social capital support. The Director will supervise staff, build relationships with community members, and design outreach and service delivery efforts. The role requires strong administrative, community organizing, planning, and social work skills.
What You Will Do
Directly supervise Community Organizer and Community Ambassador staff, build strong relationships with current CP members, design and implement outreach and service delivery efforts, organize monthly meetings and trainings, and oversee program evaluation and quality improvement activities.
