Role OverviewThe Program Director provides visionary leadership and oversight for Parkside Germantown, an outpatient Drug and Alcohol Recovery Program located in Philadelphia, PA. Responsible for operational, financial, compliance, and staff management functions, the Director ensures the delivery of high-quality, compassionate substance use disorder treatment services.

Requirements

- Strong ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies
- Ability to work onsite at our Germantown location, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm and open to being on-call for emergency issues
