Role OverviewThe Program Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the Individual Residential Alternative (IRA) Supportive Housing Program, which provides supportive housing and services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. The program aims to promote community integration, self-determination, and an enhanced quality of life for residents.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include overseeing daily program operations, supervising staff, providing staff training, reviewing and approving monthly attendance billings, conducting monthly chart reviews, and ensuring compliance with all BCS and OPWDD policies and procedures.

A minimum of 3-5 years of related experience working with persons with developmental disabilities is required, with at least two years in a supervisory or administrative experience highly preferred.

- Valid New York State Driver’s License
