Job Description
MENTOR Adult Day Health provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. As the Program Director, you will oversee the daily operations of an Adult Day Health Program and ensure the delivery of high-quality medical, social, nutritional, and recreational services for participants.

Requirements

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate program policies and procedures
  • Establish short- and long-term program goals and manage fiscal administration
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with members and their families
  • Oversee staff performance evaluations, training, and payroll
  • Coordinate and collaborate with contracted service providers
  • Develop and implement outreach and marketing strategies
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Manage participant admissions and transportation services
