Job Description
Dungarvin is seeking a Program Director with a focus on Behavioral and Mental Health to oversee operations of assigned residential programs and supervise staff. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supervising staff and working with adults with disabilities and challenging behaviors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years managerial/supervisory experience
  • At least 1 year of full-time direct experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or intellectual disabilities
  • Experience with mental health preferred
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Reliable vehicle with current auto liability insurance
