Job Description
Dungarvin is seeking a Program Director with a focus on behavioral and mental health to lead residential programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and complex behavioral needs. The Program Director will oversee teams, implement behavior support plans, and provide leadership during crisis situations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
  • Experience supporting individuals with co-occurring developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses
  • At least one-year, hands-on experience with behavioral interventions and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
  • Proven ability to manage crisis situations, de-escalation, and high-risk behaviors
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and acceptable driving record
