Job Description
At Dungarvin, we are a mission-driven team providing support services for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities, or other complex medical needs. We're looking for a Program Director to lead residential programs in the Baraboo & Lyndon Station areas, with occasional travel to Madison. The Program Director will oversee programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities alongside complex behavioral and mental health needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and acceptable driving record
