Role OverviewThe Program Director will provide leadership, supervision, and oversight of the Day Treatment program serving children and adolescents. The role requires strong clinical and staff supervision skills, knowledge of behavioral health treatment, crisis intervention, family therapy, and community resources.
What You Will Do
The Program Director will lead and oversee daily Day Treatment operations and program services, supervise and coach clinical and support staff, and develop and maintain referral relationships with schools, DSS, DJJ, behavioral health providers, courts, and community organizations.

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited program with a Master’s degree in a human services or related field
- Two years of progressive substance abuse and/or mental health counseling experience
- Possession of North Carolina licensure as one of the following: LPA, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent
- Three years supervision experience in the substance abuse and/or mental health field
- Five total years of experience in the substance abuse and/or mental health field
