Role OverviewThe Program Director provides strategic and operational leadership for assigned ER/Urgent Care facilities, overseeing day-to-day operations, driving operational and financial performance, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, patient experience, and business results.

Oversight and management of facility level operations, complete P&L responsibility, integration of operations with hospital departments, and coordination of provider activities.
