Role OverviewThe Program Director III will provide oversight and coordination of a continuum of care to ensure holistic, culturally competent services for LSF clients. This position acts as a liaison between all relevant stakeholders in the local system of care/service area.
What You Will Do
The Program Director III will monitor the daily operation of assigned program functions, supervise program staff, and oversee service delivery. This position will also provide in-depth clinical, case coordination, and supportive counseling services.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human services field
- Master’s degree in social work or an equivalent degree in education, psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science degree
- 5-7 years of work experience in program management or in a related field
- State licensure in a Human Behavioral Science: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Word Perfect, Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Valid state driver’s license and eligibility to drive to facilitate program services
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency (program-specific)
- Excellent clinical and crisis intervention skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Critical assessment and analysis skills
