Job Description
REM Community Services provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Program Director role is critical to our success and involves managing day-to-day operations, staff, and implementation of program planning.

Requirements

  • Manage day-to-day operations of one to four programs
  • Manage program staff members
  • Make recommendations on employee hires and terminations
  • Implement program planning and ensure services are consistent
  • Be available on-call to support staff
