Role OverviewThe Program Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of the COMPASS Elementary program, ensuring high-quality, mission-aligned service delivery. They will act as a liaison between CPC and stakeholders, hire and train staff, and manage classroom operations. The Program Director will also oversee educational environment and programming, register and enroll new families, and manage budgets.
What You Will Do
The Program Director will be responsible for maintaining required group sizes and ratios, child attendance procedures, and daily routines. They will also ensure consistent implementation of program and classroom safety procedures, provide curriculum documents and resources, and assess classroom quality and alignment with developmental standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in child development, elementary education, physical education, recreation or a related field
- Two years direct experience working with children under the age of 13 years
- School Age Child Care Credential or other Office recognized credential specific to the school-age developmental period
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership, team building, and conflict resolutions abilities
- Ability to multitask while remaining organized and meeting deadlines
- Professional, courteous demeanor with strong customer service orientation

Benefits
- Annual salary range of $68,000 – 72,000
